Over the past few years we have helped many patients successfully challenge refusals of treatment for conditions ranging from kidney stones to cancer, and in tandem with non-governmental organisations we have achieved significant policy victories through strategic public interest litigation.
We also train public sector organisations to help improve decision-making and policy documents.
