| Social
welfare law We have one of the largest and most well-respected social welfare law teams in England and Wales and we conduct social welfare law cases for clients from across England and Wales. Frequently we work with community groups and NGOs to conduct high-profile test cases in these areas of law to try to change the law to help particularly marginalised groups. However, we are equally committed to providing excellent advice and representation to individuals who have housing, community care and/or social security problems. Most of the work we do in these areas is legally aided. For those who are not eligible for legal aid we will try to work out a way of providing affordable access to justice (see our funding your case page for further details).
