Pierce Glynn is a firm of solicitors founded in 1997. We have offices in London and Bristol but we work for individuals and organisations from across the UK and beyond. Our aim is to use the law to achieve one or more of our core objectives, namely: to defend and enforce the rights of disadvantaged people; to challenge unlawful discrimination; to combat state abuses of power; to protect the environment; and to promote the rule of law.

We are experienced in a wide range of litigation, but we have particular expertise in bringing judicial review claims. Many of our solicitors are ‘leaders in their field’, with extensive experience of conducting high-profile test cases and related campaigning work. However, we are equally committed to conducting less high-profile but equally important work for individuals, particularly those from marginalised groups.

We pride ourselves in offering a high level of care and support to all our clients: welcoming them to our offices, taking account of their needs, and providing clear advice throughout their cases. How to instruct us

If you contact us we will ask for some basic details about your case to help us work out whether we have the capacity and the expertise to help you. We will also talk to you about funding your case. If your case is urgent we will tell you immediately whether we can help you, otherwise we usually let you know the following day. Unfortunately the demand for the services we provide is very high and we are not able to help everyone who contacts us. However, if we cannot help we will do our best to refer you to someone who can.
